METHOD

  1. Soak sultanas in boiling water, stand 5 minutes, drain well.
  2. Combine NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark Melts with NESTLÉ Top ‘n’ Fill Caramel, nuts, biscuit crumbs and sultanas, mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
  3. Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls, roll in chocolate sprinkles, refrigerate until firm.
  4. Carefully spoon NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE White Melts over top of puddings to allow to flow down sides, decorate with ALLEN’S JAFFAS and ALLEN’S SNAKES ALIVE.to make holly.
