  1. in a medium bowl place a third of the cream and NESTLÉ milk melts; microwave uncovered on medium (50%) for 1 minute; stir. repeat process in 30 second intervals until melted. allow to cool slightly.
  2. in a small saucepan, combine strawberries, icing sugar and water; simmer for 5 minutes or until strawberries have softened. puree until smooth.
  3. using an electric mixer, beat remaining cream until thickened, reserve.
  4. divide half the brownie amongst six serving glasses; place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass, top with 1 tablespoon each of strawberry sauce and chocolate sauce, peanut brittle or brandy snaps and remaining brownie, half the whipped cream, and half of the NESTLÉ mini milk choc bits. top with remaining scoops of vanilla ice cream, drizzle over remaining sauces, and garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut as well as remaining NESTLÉ mini milk choc bits. serve immediately.
