preheat oven to 160°c/140°c fan forced. grease and base line a 24cm springform pan with baking paper.
place plaistowe premium dark chocolate in a saucepan with nescafÉ blend 43, butter, sugar and water. stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved. transfer to a bowl and cool slightly.
beat in eggs; fold in sifted nestlÉ baking cocoa and flours.
pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour or until a skewer insertedinto the centre comes out clean. cool in the pan before turning out. if desired, dust with nestlÉ baking cocoa and serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
