Step 1Cook noodles according to packet instructions; drain, rinse under cold water and reserve.
Step 2Heat a medium pot with oil; add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add carrot, celery and cook for 3 minutes until they are soft.
Step 3Stir in peas, chopped tomatoes, water, contents of flavour sachet, and cook for another 2 minutes; add reserved noodles top with chopped parsley and serve.
