Step 1Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
Stewp 2Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles according to packet directions (do not add flavour sachet at this stage); drain. Add to a large bowl with flavour sachet, zucchini, carrot, corn, ham, eggs and ¾ cup (90g) of the cheese; mix well.
Step 3Pour into prepared pan; top with tomato slices, sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 20 minutes or until golden.
