METHOD

  1. heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat; add green onions, tomato, ham and mushrooms; cook 3 minutes or until soft.
  2. combine eggs and MAGGI original seasoning; pour into frying pan. stir very gently to combine. cook on low heat for approximately 5-7 minutes or until starting to set.
  3. sprinkle with parmesan cheese, place under preheated grill until golden and set.
