  1. in a medium bowl, soak figs in brandy, leave overnight.
  2. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease 8 x 1/2 cup (125ml) capacity ovenproof dishes; coat with NESTLÉ baking cocoa, shaking off any excess cocoa. distribute figs evenly between prepared dishes.
  3. combine plaistowe 70% cocoa chocolate and butter.
  4. whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, fold in chocolate mixture, flour and cinnamon. spoon mixture evenly into prepared dishes, bake 12 minutes.
