preheat oven to 150°c/130°c fan forced. grease base and sides of 24cm flan tin.
using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until pale and creamy. stir in sifted dry ingredients and NESTLÉ white and dark choc bits.
mix to a firm dough; knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. press dough evenly into prepared tin. using a small sharp knife, mark 16 wedges on top. bake for 1 hour; cool in pan. drizzle with NESTLÉ white melts, stand until chocolate is set.
