preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
beat butter, sugar and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until light and creamy; beat in cooled plaistowe premium white choc. fold in sifted flours, mix well and refrigerate until firm.
dip one end of each wooden stick in egg white then place on prepared trays. press heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a floured dessertspoon and turn out to form an egg shape. press gently onto sticks.
bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden. cool on wire racks.
spread biscuits with NESTLÉ dark, milk or white melts and decorate as desired with NESTLÉ choc bits, dark, milk or white.
