  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line a 12 hole (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.
  2. using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy; add eggs, one at a time and beat well. fold in sifted flour and baking powder, banana, pineapple, walnuts, coconut and NESTLÉ bits white; mix well.
  3. divide mixture among paper cases; bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, until smooth. place in a piping bag with a round nozzle, pipe frosting on cupcakes, and top with an easter egg.
