preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease a 12 hole (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan.
place plaistowe premium dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. place over simmering water and stir until melted.
stir in NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, vanilla and egg. fold in flour, sugar and nestlÉ milk choc bits.
place 1 tablespoon of mixture into each muffin hole; place 1 teaspoon cream cheese on top. spoon over remaining muffin mixture.
bake 15-20 minutes or until golden. serve warm or cooled.
