preheat oven to 160°c/140°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
sift flour, baking powder and NESTLÉ baking cocoa into a medium bowl; add sugar. rub in butter, until mixture resembles breadcrumbs; add NESTLÉ white choc bits and almonds; stir in combined eggs, egg yolks, water and almond liqueur. mix to a firm dough.
turn dough out onto a lighty floured surface; knead until smooth. shape into a log 35cm x 8cm. wrap in plastic, freeze 1 hour or until firm.
using a serrated knife, cut dough into 8mm thick diagonal slices. place on prepared trays and bake 25-30 minutes, cool before removing from trays.
