METHOD

  1. beat butter and NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk until light and creamy; stir in cherries, flour and cornflour, mix to a firm dough. refrigerate 30 minutes or until dough is firm.
  2. roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to 5mm thickness. cut into shapes using a star cutter. place biscuits on prepared trays, bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden. remove biscuits from trays, cool on wire rack.
  3. half dip each biscuit in NESTLÉ dark melts, allow to set.
