METHOD

  1. combined glace fruits and liqueur, stand 15 minutes.
  2. puree raspberries, spoon into a 22cm springform pan lined with plastic wrap. cover and freeze.
  3. beat NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk and cream until thick and creamy; divide mixture in half.
  4. add glace fruit mixture to one half, mix well. spoon mixture evenly over frozen raspberries. fold melted and grated plaistowe premium dark chocolate through remaining half; spoon mixture evenly over fruit mixture. cover and freeze. turn out and cut into wedges to serve.
