              METHOD
- 
          combined glace fruits and liqueur, stand 15 minutes.
- 
          puree raspberries, spoon into a 22cm springform pan lined with plastic wrap. cover and freeze.
- 
          beat NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and cream until thick and creamy; divide mixture in half.
- 
          add glace fruit mixture to one half, mix well. spoon mixture evenly over frozen raspberries. fold melted and grated plaistowe premium dark chocolate through remaining half; spoon mixture evenly over fruit mixture. cover and freeze. turn out and cut into wedges to serve.
