METHOD
-
preheat oven to 180°c. grease a 2 litre capacity ovenproof dish.

sift nestle baking cocoa and flour into a large bowl. stir in sugar.

combine egg, butter and milk, whisk into dry ingredients. spoon into prepared dish.

make sauce by combining nestle baking cocoa with remaining ingredients. pour over cake and bake 40 minutes until cooked (the sauce will have gone to the bottom of the pudding).

serve immediately with low-fat custard or low-fat ice cream.
