METHOD

  1. in a small saucepan, combine 1 cup (250ml) milk and gelatine, mix well. stir over low heat until gelatine is dissolved.
  2. stir in remaining milk and chocolate nesquik, mix well.
  3. pour mixture into ice block containers and when partially frozen, insert small wooden stick in centre of each paddle pop. allow to freeze until set.
