preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease 3 x 12 hole patty pans.
place NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, NESTLÉ dark melts, butter, NESTLÉ baking cocoa, plain flour, self raising flour, milk and eggs in a large bowl. beat with an electric mixer until thick and creamy.
divide mixture between prepared pans; bake 10 minutes or until a skewer insertedinto the centre comes out clean. cool on wire racks.
