METHOD

  1. grease and line a 31cm x 26cm swiss roll pan with baking paper.
  2. combine biscuit crumbs, coconut, sultanas, nuts, NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk and plaistowe premium dark chocolate, mix well. press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate until firm.
  3. cut truffle mixture into desired shapes using different shape cutters.
  4. melt extra plaistowe premium dark cooking chocolate and copha together in a small bowl over boiling water; dip or half dip the shapes in chocolate. if desired, drizzle with NESTLÉ white melts.
