beat butter and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until light and fluffy, beat in eggs. fold in sifted flour, NESTLÉ baking cocoa and NESTLÉ milk choc bits and milk, mix well.
divide mixture evenly among prepared pan. bake 20-25 minutes, turn out to cool on wire rack.
make frosting by combining all ingredients in a bowl; using an electric mixer, beat until creamy. spread top of cakes with frosting (tip- use a wet knife to smooth top). spoon NESTLÉ milk melts into prepared piping bag; decorate cupcakes by marking each with a ‘x’
