METHOD

  1. Step 1
    Cook noodles according to packet instructions; drain, rinse under cold water and reserve.
  2. Step 2
    Heat a medium frying pan with oil, add BBQ chicken, carrot, zucchini and cook for 4 minutes or until chicken is heated through.
  3. Step 3
    Stir in reserved noodles, baby spinach, cottage cheese and contents of flavour sachet. Cook for 1 minute, top with parmesan cheese and serve.
