in a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and coconut. add melted butter, mix well. press firmly into prepared pan. bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned. cool.
combine extra butter, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and syrup in a medium saucepan. stir over low heat until smooth; stir in peanuts. pour over base. bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden. cool.
meanwhile, grease and line a tray with baking paper; spread NESTLÉ white melts into a 22cm x 30cm rectangle on prepared tray; stand at room temperature about five minutes or until set. using easter-shaped cutters, cut easter shapes from chocolate; set aside.
spread NESTLÉ dark melts evenly over slice. top with NESTLÉ white melts, easter shapes and solid easter eggs.
