METHOD

  1. preheat oven 180°c/160°c fan forced. lightly grease a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan. line base and sides with baking paper.
  2. in a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and coconut. add melted butter, mix well. press firmly into prepared pan. bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned. cool.
  3. combine extra butter, NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk and syrup in a medium saucepan. stir over low heat until smooth; stir in peanuts. pour over base. bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden. cool.
  4. meanwhile, grease and line a tray with baking paper; spread NESTLÉ white melts into a 22cm x 30cm rectangle on prepared tray; stand at room temperature about five minutes or until set. using easter-shaped cutters, cut easter shapes from chocolate; set aside.
  5. spread NESTLÉ dark melts evenly over slice. top with NESTLÉ white melts, easter shapes and solid easter eggs.
