METHOD

  1. combine NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, golden syrup and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; stir until butter melts and mixture comes to the boil; simmer 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. remove from heat, stir in marzipan, cool.
  3. mould tablespoonfuls of mixture around each almond, refrigerate until firm.
  4. coat eggs in combined melted plaistowe premium dark chocolate and copha; allow to set.
