METHOD

combine NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, golden syrup and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; stir until butter melts and mixture comes to the boil; simmer 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

mould tablespoonfuls of mixture around each almond, refrigerate until firm.
