METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease a 12-hole, (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan.
  2. place flour, bran flakes and sugar in a large bowl. pour over combined butter, milk, eggs and banana; mix until just combined.
  3. spoon mixture evenly into prepared muffin pan. spoon NESTLÉ top ‘n’ fill caramel on muffin mixture, swirl through. bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. cool in pan before turning out.
