  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line a 12 hole, 1/3 cup (80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.
  2. combine biscuit crumbs and butter; press into the base of each muffin case. refrigerate until required.
  3. combine nescafÉ blend 43 and water and set aside.
  4. beat cream cheese until smooth. add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk; beat until smooth. add eggs, cream and coffee liqueur; mix well. spoon into muffin cases.
  5. bake 15-20 minutes or until just set. cool; serve with orange segments.
