In a large saucepan add rice and 3 cups (750mL) water; bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until water has been absorbed (do not stir). Remove from the heat, cover with a lid and leave to steam for 30 minutes.
Once the rice is cooked add the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and coconut milk then return to a low heat and stir for 20 minutes or until heated through and rice has caramelised.
Divide evenly amongst 8 bowls, top with mango, coconut flakes and a drizzle of coconut cream.
