              METHOD
- 
          Step 1Melt butter in the pan add onions and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes, or until soft and golden brown. Add sugar stir until dissolved.

          Step 2Mix eggs, cream and MAGGI Recipe Base until smooth, add to pan, cook over medium heat until bottom side is golden brown. Gently stir though spinach to coat with egg mix, add cheese and place under a pre heated grill until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
