This American favourite has a tangy lime filling, and is a simple, oven-baked treat that brings a refreshing close to any meal.

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced and grease a 20cm (2.5cm deep) flan tin with a removable base.
In a medium bowl combine the biscuits and melted butter then press the mixture into the base and sides of your prepared tin then refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
Using an electric mixer beat the egg yolks until light and fluffy then add the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, lime zest and juice and pour it into the prepared base.
Bake for 12 minutes or until just set then refrigerate until required.
Serve with whipped cream more lime zest and lime juice on the top (optional).
