This creamy chocolate fudge with pistachio crunch is so simple to make that you can be out of the kitchen in 15 minutes and have a dessert for your family or friends to enjoy all week long.

Grease and line base and sides of a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. In a medium saucepan, add butter, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla and sea salt flakes, cook stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes or until butter is melted and mixture is well combined; remove from heat.
Stir through PLAISTOWE Chocolate Dark until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, add pistachios, stir until well combined; pour mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Use a hot knife to cut into 36 squares.
