Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix oil into ingredients until well coated.

Spread mix over a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool before adding dried fruit and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
