lightly grease a 20cm springform pan.

place biscuits and margarine in a medium bowl, mix well. press into the base of prepared pan, smoothing with the back of a spoon. refrigerate until firm.

meanwhile, using electric beaters, beat cream cheese with lemon and lime zest until combined. add NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, and lemon and lime juice, beat until smooth.

pour water in a small bowl and sprinkle over gelatine. mix until disolved, cool slightly.

beat egg whites in a medium bowl, until soft peaks form. add to cream cheese with gelatine and fold gently until combined.

pour over the base and refrigerate for 3 hours, until set.
