METHOD

  1. cook chicken wings over a heated barbecue or under a heated grill for 15-20 minutes or until the juices run clear when the wings are pierced. turn frequently during cooking.
  2. combine MAGGI sweet chilli sauce, MAGGI authentic thai fish sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce and shallots; serve with chicken wings and lemon on the side.
