Preheat OvenPreheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. In a medium roasting tray, place feta in the centre of the tray. Place tomatoes and garlic around the cheese, drizzle with combined oil and MAGGI Recipe Base.
BakingBake for 40 minutes or until tomatoes have softened.
Cook pastaMeanwhile cook pasta according to packet instructions. Keep warm.
ServingUsing a fork, combine tomatoes and cheese until it becomes a creamy tomato sauce, stir in warm pasta and serve immediately. If desired, serve with a garden salad.
