combine eggs and chives in a bowl; stir in tuna and noodles.
heat oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. pour egg mixture into pan and cook until beginning to set. either flip omelette over or place under a preheated grill and cook until firm and golden.
cut the omelette into quarters, serve with halved pita breads.
