METHOD

  1. heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; add onion, garlic and bacon, cook 2 minutes.
  2. add combined water, MAGGI original seasoning and tomato paste, bring to boil.
  3. add celery, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes and zucchini; simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender.
  4. add pasta, cook a further 15 minutes. sprinkle with parsley before serving.
