preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. bake potatoes for 1 hour or until tender; remove and cool slightly.
whisk together MAGGI tasty cheese sauce mix and boiling water.
cut the tops from potatoes; scoop the flesh from inside, leaving a 1cm wall. add the scooped out potato to the cheese sauce mix and mash until smooth; stir in tuna, celery and MAGGI sweet chilli sauce.
spoon the mixture back into the potato. sprinkle with cheese; bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
