METHOD

  1. combine cream and sugar in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to the boil; continue to boil, stirring constantly for 4 minutes. remove from heat, stand for 2 minutes; add plaistowe premium dark chocolate and stir until completely melted.
  2. cool to room temperature; stir in cherries, brazil nuts, almonds, marsmallows and rum. chill until the mixture is almost set. shape into balls and chill until firm.
