Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm lamington pan with baking paper.
Combine marshmallows, cherries, coconut and peanuts in a large bowl; set aside.
In a small saucepan; combine PLAISTOWE Chocolate Dark and butter; stir constantly over low-medium heat, about 5 minutes, or until mixture is melted and smooth. Pour into bowl and stir to combine.
Press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces.
