preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease ten holes from a 12 hole (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan.
place orange, juice, butter and egg in a food processor bowl; process until well blended but still slightly chunky. don’t worry if mixture curdles.
sift flour into a bowl and stir in sugar, raisins and the orange mixture.
spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into the prepared pan. place 3 NESTLÉ white melts on top, then spoon over remaining muffin mixture.
