soften gelatine in the water. heat NESTLÉ CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk until bubbles appear around the edge of the pan, remove from heat. add gelatine, stir until dissolved.
add unbeaten egg whites, sugar and vanilla essence. beat with electric beaters for 10-15 minutes or until thick and white.
pour into a lightly greased 23cm spring form pan, refrigerate.
decorate with whipped cream and fresh fruits or chocolate curls.
