Combine biscuit crumbs and butter in a bowl, mix well. Press firmly into a greased and lined 28cm x 18cm lamington pan; refrigerate.
Dissolve gelatine in hot water then cool slightly.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and beat until smooth. Fold in lemon juice and gelatine; fold in cream; spoon over prepared base.
Pour over Nestlé BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark Choc Melts and swirl through the cheesecake using a butter knife.
Refrigerate until firm; cut into small squares to serve.
