Dissolve gelatine in hot water then cool slightly.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and beat until smooth. Fold in lemon juice and gelatine; fold in cream; spoon over prepared base.
Pour over Nestlé BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark Choc Melts and swirl through the no-bake chocolate cheesecake using a butter knife.
Refrigerate no-bake chocolate cheesecake until firm; cut no-bake slice into small squares to serve.
