METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease a 23cm flan dish.
  2. in a large bowl combine biscuits, butter and sugar, press firmly into prepared flan dish. bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
  3. using an electric mixer, whisk cream, lemon zest and NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk until combined. slowly whisk in lemon juice. pour filling into biscuit case and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
