  1. in a small saucepan, bring a small quantity of water to the boil, remove from heat and place a heatproof bowl firmly on top; add PLAISTOWE Premium Dark Chocolate, stir until melted, allowing 4-6 minutes; add butter and orange zest, stir until melted and combined.
  2. beat egg whites until soft peaks form, add sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  3. stir yolks into chocolate mixture; fold through egg whites, then cream; spoon into 6 serving glasses. cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
