preheat oven to 160°c/140°c fan forced. line two 25cm x 8cm bar pans with baking paper.

spoon into prepared pans; sprinkle with pecans. bake 30 minutes or until a skewer insertedinto the centre comes out clean. turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
