in a medium bowl, place NESTLÉ baking cocoa, extra sugar, warm water and milk, stir until combined. dip enough biscuits into the chocolate mixture to cover the base of a 19cm round dish. cover the biscuits with one-third of the chocolate cream mixture. repeat layers two times, ending with the chocolate cream. cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled and firm.
using a peeler, carefully shave plaistowe premium milk chocolate over the eastermisu; decorate with strawberries and easter eggs, serve.
