METHOD

  1. Place butter and NESTLÉ Dark Melts in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) for 1 minute; stir. Repeat process in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Cool.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat sugar, eggs and vanilla until thick and creamy; fold through chocolate mixture. Add sifted flour and baking powder, and fold through NESTLÉ Dark Choc Bits. pour mixture into prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand in pan for 15 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Cut into squares, dust with icing if desired.
