spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1cm nozzle. pipe into desired shapes onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. sprinkle with nuts; freeze until firm.
melt extra plaistowe premium dark chocolate and copha in a small bowl over simmering water, cool slightly.
dip mocha chocolates into melted chocolate and allow to set. dip the tips of each mocha chocolate in NESTLÉ white melts. allow to set before serving.
