METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 31cm x 26cm swiss roll pan with baking paper.
  2. combine biscuit crumbs and butter in a bowl, mix well; press into the base of the prepared pan.
  3. top with dried fruit, plaistowe premium dark chocolate, almonds and coconut. pour over NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk.
  4. bake for 40 minutes or until golden. cool in pan before cutting into slices or squares to serve.
