cook pasta according to the directions on packet, drain, keep warm.
melt butter in pan, add garlic and onion and cook 3-4 minutes. add flour, cook 1 minute.
add water, maggi chicken stock powder and NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk. bring to boil stirring constantly, remove from heat.
stir in pasta, chicken, celery and red capsicum then spoon into prepared dish. top with cheese and bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
