drain cherries, reserve liquid. fold through cherries, NESTLÉ dark choc bits and plaistowe premium dark chocolate in cream mixture. pour mixture into prepared pudding basin, cover, and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
before serving, in a small saucepan, add reserved cherry juice, brown sugar, and vanilla, bring to the boil, and reduce for 15 minutes, or until thick and syrupy, cool. for serving, pour syrup over pudding and serve.
