METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease 6 x 3/4 cup (190ml) ovenproof dishes or cups and place on a baking tray.
  2. combine flour, sugar and NESTLÉ baking cocoa in a large bowl; add water and egg and combine well. divide mixture between prepared dishes or cups.
  3. make sauce by whisking together NESTLÉ baking cocoa, brown sugar, cornflour and water; gently pour over the pudding mixture.
  4. bake for 20 minutes; serve hot.
